$1,500+$150.00 refundable damage deposit.

Includes non-exclusive grounds use between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on wedding day, rehearsal between 11:00 a.m.and 8:00 p.m. any day, picnic tables, public restrooms, cleanup and parking. See contract for additional services available and recommended vendors.

Terms -
$900.00 (non-refundable deposit plus refundable damage deposit) due upon reservation.

$750.00 remainder due 6 weeks before wedding (may be refunded if wedding is cancelled).

The Philip Foster Farm is the perfect setting for small gatherings. No smoking, no pets on property, including parking lot. 10 P.M. closing.
