The Philip Foster Farm is the ultimate destination for your next event or wedding. The sprawling grounds, rich with history, will act as a beautiful and unique setting for your day. The Farm is great for a corporate event, anniversary party or a lovely, rustic wedding.
Event Maximum: 200 guests
Includes non-exclusive grounds use between 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on event/wedding day, with rehearsal between 11:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. any day before.
Rental includes picnic tables, public restrooms, cleanup and parking.
$1,500+$150.00 refundable damage deposit.
$900.00 (non-refundable deposit plus refundable damage deposit) due upon reservation.
$750.00 remainder due 6 weeks before event/wedding (may be refunded if event/wedding is cancelled).
The Philip Foster Farm is the perfect setting for small gatherings. Please observe our no smoking policy & no pets on property policy, including parking lot.
The farm closes promptly at 10 P.M.
